PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL - THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT Our products are shipped in cartons designed to protect the product and our reputation from the hazards of shipments. Unfortunately, damage may still occur on occasion. If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Cake Dummy to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in; notify Cake Dummy at info@cakedummy.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Cake Dummy of damaged goods within the first (FIVE) 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
 
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS Cake Dummy offers a FIVE (5) DAYS RETURN POLICY and a 25% restocking fee on product ordered in error. Please email info@cakedummy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, order number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 (100%) percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes and contain all documentation provided by the manufacturer. We must receive product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit.

SHIPMENT ERRORS If you receive the wrong product or the wrong quantity due to Cake Dummy's error, please make your claim within FIVE (5) days by emailing us at info@cakedummy.com. We must receive product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit.
